  • A barndominium is just what it sounds like: a combination of a "barn" and a "condominium." Barndominiums combine a living area, usually built above (or around) a larger open space used as a barn, a workshop, a shed, or some other hobby requiring extra square footage.

  • Included in the kit purchase is the slab, roughed in plumbing, exterior doors, windows, and metal building as specified in the plan you purchase.

    **Permits, dirt work and site work will be an additional cost.

  • Apex Metal buildings does not offer buildouts. However, we do partner with two local builders who are able to complete the build out. Or, if you choose you can hire your own builder or finish it out yourself.

  • We offer barndominium services in Orange, Jasper, Harris Counties. We may offer very limited services in Jefferson county on a case by case basis. Barndominiums in Jefferson county will be at a higher price than listed due to the requirements of the county.
